The conference, thanks to the participation of leading scholars and decision makers, aims at assessing the state of the European integration process, both under a political and juridical points of view. 

The conference is organized by the Jean Monnet Chairs of the School of Law and of the Schools of Economics and Humanities of the University of Rome Tor Vergata, Italy, The scientific conveners of the Conference are Prof. Giovanni Guzzetta and Dr. Federiga Bindi.
